2C2P was founded in Bangkok, Thailand in 2003 by Myanmar-born computer programmer Aung Kyaw Moe.cite-ref-aacsb-4-0[4]cite-ref-5[5] In 2007, the company moved its headquarters to Singapore.cite-ref-6[6]
